I had some problems too, I just moved the hens around until I got them in cages that they all got along with each other.... some of my hens did not like other hens at all... then they got along with the next group I put them with... Like what was said it seems like some hens are just very dominant and dont get along with all other females.. I'd let her heal then mix and match until you find who she works fine with...

I lost a hen earlier this year, she had almost no feathers left. she now has pinfeathers coating the entire head. Thanks!
