Quail looking cold and shivering! Please help

Hello

My 8 month old Coturnix hen has started looking very cold, often puffed up and shivering.

Weather is pretty good, 14-20 degrees Celsius in most days. It is spring here.

Here are some stuff going with her. This has been consistent for the past week.

1. Often puffed up and shivering. Sometimes sneezes.
2. Has no problem eating or drinking.
3. Poop is okay, although smaller than normal, not any more watery than usual.
4. Her beak is not snotty or anything.
5. Stopped Laying.
6. Does not have problem walking.
7. Does not seem to have mites or itchy bodies.
8. Does not have the same energy as before.

I've tried

1. I initially suspected Coccidiosis, bought Coxiprol, she has been under treatment with proper dosage for 4 days.
2. But now I think she does not have coccidiosis as her poop is alright.
3. Visually inspected her vent for possible egg binding, but she's clear as far as I can tell.

Today I isolated her in her own enclosure in the house, set up a heat plate where she could get warmed up, added some poultry vitamin in her water (separate water from the one with coxiprol added).

My other quails are doing just fine, but she has been acting strange and I am worried she might be sick. My internet search has turned up nothing useful, no symptoms really match together.

I'd taker her to a vet, but the vet we have do not treat poultry and the ones that do are like 3 hour drive.

Anyone know what might be wrong with her?

I have several questions to try to narrow things down.

1 - How old is she?
2 - What are you feeding her?
3 - How many quail do you have?
4 - What is their home/setup like?
5 - Are any of your other birds showing any symptoms at all?
6 - Can you post pictures of her, her setup, and her poop?

1. 8 month old
2. Mostly quail mix that I buy from local poultry shop, with oyster shells or crumbled egg shells.
3. I have 7 including her.
4. They are in a cage 160cm x 50cm x 60cm modified rabbit hut.
5. No just her
6. I'll post yhe picture later, I'm at work atm.

What is the nutrition information on the quail mix? I've seen some "quail mix" that is only 7% protein. If yours is mostly seeds, it probably falls into that category, which means your bird is not getting the nutrition she needs. This could be the problem.

I'll wait to see the pictures of her, her home, and her poop.
