Quail with chickens- no eggs

I have 3 F 1 M jumbo quail in a coop with 1 brahma hen 7 months , a7 month silkie pair and a 4 month silkie/bantam x. Quail are 4 months. No quail eggs they all seem to get along. Should they be laying by now?

Well if your chickens are anything like my chickens... They go INSANE at the sight of quail eggs in their shell, and they've never had them except scrambled and cooked up like we do with their chicken eggs.

They aren't interested in their own chicken eggs but the quail eggs are scrumptious treats to be jumped at when they're in my hands lol I literally have to hide the quail eggs when I collect them

It may also be that because the days are shorter, they may not lay until spring, like chickens.

Thanks. I don't even see bits of shell. So perhaps they aren't laying
