Quails replacing feathers is this normal?

Lately ifound feathers all over the pen and new feathers were growing . Is this normal and will it stop laying.

Yep! Completely normal.
They're just molting. It’s just to grow a new coat of feathers for winter. They’ll most likely stop laying as well.
