ITS IN THE EASTERN SEABOARD NEAR FLORIDA-LOOKS LIKE THAT ONE WILL KEEP
MOVIN OUT TO THE WATERS=YEAH!!!!!!
SURE HOPE ALL THE ANIMALS ARE GETTIN PREPARED FOR THE STORMS, LOGGIN
IN THE HIGH GRASSES TO MAKE A NICE COZY,WARM,DRY PLACE TO WITHSTAND THE
WET,CHILLY ,WINDY BREEZY WEATHER COMMIN THEIR WAYS! BUT AS I KNOW FROM
EXPERIENCES,ITS THE FAMILY THAT WILL HELP EACH OTHER AND EVERYTHING WILL
COME OUT SMELLIN LIKE ROSES.
NOW TALKIN ABOUT PETS,HOW IS 'OREO' DOING? I ALSO THINK THERE IS

I appreciate the invite, I cant picture nuthin that sounds like more fun! Never cooked a whole pig on a open fire, never even seen it done. done it in a hole, and in a big pit\\smoker. But never over a open fire. and the oysters would be one sure way to build a drunk with a little hot sauce... If I can get shook loose and take the time off, Id enjoy come'n down and help where I can. Bill

I've never hunted porkers but have some ballistic tipped 125gr 7.62 x 39 I've been saving up for a special occasion. I'd like to use the .308 but don't think I could get 'em in the scope before I lost a leg. Much prefer the open sights just in case a snap shot is required.

I'v seen yankeeland... Its about 20 mile from here called Lawrence KS... We shot one in a pen one time with a .222 and his eyeballs popped out.
I have probably shot more wild pigs with a bow than a rifle, and that's saying a lot.
@ Fats. I have been to cookoffs and seen you banner, BUTT don't remember where. I never cooked at a meat cooking contest where you had to put vegatables in the box with the meat. I was at The Royal with Bill Arnold the Blues hog man and in Salt Lake City and lebanon Tn and Philly with him, BUTT he was with Col. Steve Martin and I was with The Smokering Team (Garry Howard).
Was at The Jack a couple times with Purple Turtle Catering.
My LazyQ team took first in whole hog in the NBBQ best of the best Invitational in Georgia and 4th in the open last year. We will be back there again this year. Be the 7 year. 5 in Douglas and 2 in Waycross.
