Quarantining chicks and chick illnesses

I just bought 9 chicks from a guy who only had them for a week, one of them has droopy eyes and keeps her eyes closed alot. As soon as i got them home I put them in quarantine away from my hatched out chicks, and put the hen by her self away from the rest. My question is how long am i supposed to have them away from my other chicks and as for the hen with droopy eyes, any one have any clue to what this is and what I do to get her healthy? the chicks are probably around 2 months old.

The hen I would keep quarantined for 2 weeks ,but the chicks I would keep quarantined for a week except the droopy eyed one. I would tried and find some answers as to what was wrong with her/him.
