Amoxicillin has better absorption than Penicillin for most "cillin" responsive bacterias, it may work just as well on Enteritis? I've never used it for Enteritis.
For enteritis, I have use metronidazole. I think amoxicillin could be used to and it might be better in case there is a gram-negative infection since penicillin is ineffective against gram-negative bacteria.

I did find the Penicillin and I just looked at the bottle and it's Penicillin G. But, I also have the amoxicillin. The Amox. is in capsule form, so easy to put in water and have her drink it, right? The penicillin is injectable. I was going to look for a youtube video before I have you walk me through it, just so I can get a visual.

No, it needs to be given orally. How much does she weigh?

How thin is she?

Yeah, I'd go with the Amox right now.
(store the PenG in the fridge)

You can mix the meds in a tiny bit of baby food, (just enough to mix in the meds) or even apple sauce and load it into a syringe and squeeze onto the tongue.

I don't have baby food or applesauce. :D But, I have some plain yogurt. How about that? Or is that counter productive right now?
