Ok, this is just an idea, But I was thinking about getting a silkie hen with the next bunch of chicks I order (for a broodie). I was just wondering what a RIR x Silkie cross would look like lol. Cuz I'll probably end up with that sort of cross if I end up getting a silkie, the only chickens I have are RIR. Any one here ever tried it? if so can you post a pic?
