Question about egg withdrawal

I’ve already started giving my chickens Tylan 50. My question is during the egg withdrawal, is it ok to feed the eggs during withdrawal back to the chickens, cooked obviously? I’d hate to waste the eggs. If not, I’ll obviously throw them away.

I believe the withdrawal period is to allow all traces of medication to leave the chickens system,so as not to be transferred into the egg and ingested by people. Based on that, if there is residual medication in the eggs, and you feed it to the chickens, you would be in effect still medicating them, thus prolonging the needed withdrawal time. It is hard to throw out eggs though. ( Shh, it's probably not recommended, but I feed them to my dog)
