question about eggs in bator....

how low can the temp drop before it becomes bad for the eggs ? in the bator...i don't have them in yet but for some reason the past 2 night's the temp has dropped from 100.0 degrees to 96.4 and i have it in the basement and i have a temp gage in bator and basement were it's at and the basement temp never dropped and all day it will do so good ! but at night drop....i have adjusted and adjusted and it either get's to hot or too cool....any advice ?

i do have another ? lol i set my eggs at 9am this morning and on day it in the turning table do i take them out of turning table and place them on rack ?
