Question about Hatching Eggs

Hey guys, I have a question. My rooster has been mating with my hens ever since he was introduced to the flock, they accepted this, I go and collect 5 eggs each day from the same spot, one egg for each of my hens. When I collect them, no hens are brooding on them or anything, yet when I crack the eggs, I see they're fertile. How can I get at least one of my hens to lay a bunch of eggs and hatch them? ​

You can't 'make' a hen go broody, and not all breeds go broody. Sometimes allowing them to build a clutch of eggs might inspire them. What breeds do you have?

Depends on the chicken. A lot of breeds are known to not be broody. What breed do you have?

Quit pulling one nest. When there's enough eggs that hen will set. That's only if each hen lays in thier respective nest. If they lay wherever you will have to separate one hen to set. Or let them all keep laying and when one sets pull all the others.

Other hens will keep adding to the nest so you might want to mark a dozen or so if one of your hens goes broody. That way you can remove the unmarked ones.

My chickens went broody when I put a lot of eggs under her, so maybe you can try that.
