Question about making organic feed

I am trying to figure out how to start feeding my chickens organic feed. I am not a whole lot of luck in finding places to purchase 50 pound bags. For those people who make your own how do you find the organic ingredients in bulk? Also if I start making my own how when it comes to the baby chicks how do I make sure they are getting everything they need to be healthy and grow?

I would love to know how/where to purchase organic feed also. All of the feed stores I know of-- dont/wont carry it.
