Question About My Buff Orpingtons

Here's my BO at about 10 months of age. (from a hatchery) You can kind of see her comb size. I'd get you a current photo if I could, but I lost her last week due to a broken neck.

Thank you for the picture! Ok - mine are only moderately larger and a little floppier than that - whew - my kids are (kind of) normal!

Missy is the one with the really big comb and the best personality and she's the one that is starting to think she might like to keep her eggs - I know where I can find her a really nice boyfriend so I'm glad to hear that she's not totally out of the norm. I'll keep researching and by the time it's warm enough for her and babies - I may have learned enough to try and pull it off.

I am sorry you lost your beautiful hen. I would never have believed how attached I would get to a bunch of chickens. I feel for you.
