Question about polish chickens

Maybe I'm just comparing them to my little bantams, although my polish girls are bantams, too. They're so clumsy and akward with flying, they'll even fly up onto something (like the porch rail) and fall off or not make it and crash

I have two they both do fine with the others who are all bantams but they are frightened easily because of their restricted view.
