Question About Silkie Eggs

So I'm very new to the hatching world, and I just bought some Silkie eggs in the Crazy 24 hour Auction Thread. I was wondering, if the Roo is grey, and the hens are 1 Black and 1 White, what sould I expect to hatch? Also, if I decide to Sell some of the Chicks to my Local 4H kids, can I market them as pure bred silkies, even though the roo and the hens are different colors, or to be pure would they have to come from parents that are the same color, like back roo and black Hen?

I think it would depend if the white is covering anything.....
on a side note, I got some eggs from a gray x white mating and got 2 chicks, 1 white and 1 gray.

The possibilities are endless, especially because you've taken away one of the white genes. You'll probably get some partridge looking chicks, as well as any number of other things.

They will be purebred silkies. Just not a pure color..
