Question about your head of the flock?

Hi! Im really curious who is the head of your flock?
Is it a rooster or a hen?
Is it the big rooster, or the angry little one?
Please let me know!
We have only hens so it has to be a hen. We have three separate generations of chickens and the top chicken is this angry little Austra White from the oldest flock. Recently though she just lost a fight from the largest of the newest generation but we haven't been able to let them out enough to see how it progresses.

Mines gone now, but she was a big hen, 12 pounds. Used to lay me eggs every single day and killed like 4 crows, snakes, anything. Someone stole her a few months ago and now my chickens kinds just do w.e and follow me around

Nali is our current head pullet, blue laced red wyandotte. We recently lost our head pullet Ramen (Buff Orpington) to a coyote so there's been jostling in the pecking order. Her contender is currently molting and seems to have dropped a peg or two since she started. We shall see how that turns out. All the girls are 8 months old.
