Question for Christians

Any Christian worthy of the name knows that Scripture says,

Matthew 25:13 KJV
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Mark 13:32 NKJV
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Let me correct myself. There may be some new Christians who have not yet read those Scriptures. To them I apologize.

I'd put a wager on the rapturists being neither well-read OR actually worthy, blue. But that's just my opinion as a confirmed agnostic

None of us are worthy, my agnostic Brother. That's rather the point of Christianity, isn't it?

Soo...

I see we're all still here...
Hey now, the feast of trumpets doesn't end until the 24th. So come check back on the 25th... then check back again on the 26th.... or the 27th... maybe the 28th.... of Nov.... 2026..... :lau

I would say that strongly depends on whom you are asking within Christendom. Some folks think they're on the express train to the pearly gates and it's their job to remind you of that. Others really do follow the teachings of the Lord. they just don't make a lot of noise about it.

I think, if anyone's worthy, it's that latter group. They understand the assignment.

Full disclosure. I grew up in the UMC and my Pops is a retired pastor. We often talk about why I lost my faith in Christianity and if I'd ever reconsider. I'm not lost, I'm just walking a different road.

Christianity can't save you anyway, you know that. It's not about the what, it's about the Who. (Not THAT "The Who," silly!) Anyway, no worries. He knows where to find you.

Idunno, I've heard that The Who concerts were pretty euphoric and enrapturing. :)
