Question for Christians

Just came across a bit harsh. My parents, especially my father, definitely are Christian, but they pay more mind to how to treat others and respect than getting ready to be ruptured or fight against evil with jesus

Understood and again, I apologize.

I was thinking along the lines of my ---- um, a relative, now deceased, who would claim to be "a good Christian woman," but at the same time openly rejected anything having to do with God, Jesus, church or religion. We finally came to an agreement when I suggested she call herself a good MORAL woman.

I have a cousin who claims to be both ... but comes across as neither. It's so sad.
