I think your answer is closest to what I think of as healthy. Limiting carbs, processed foods, and sugar.To me it means fresh and natural. Butter is better than processed oils, whole raw milk is better than store bought skim. Low carbs and whole grains if carbs are consumed. No sugars and no pop. Lots of good meat, fruits, and veggies
