Mostly what others have already said.

Could I do better, day to day? Of course. Do I beat myself up when I occasionally indulge in things that I wouldn't think of as healthy? No. Well, not too hard. Often, my body will tell me the next day, "Hey, your mouth may have liked that (tastebuds cheer), but the rest of us don't like that **** at all!"
 
To me it means fresh and natural. Butter is better than processed oils, whole raw milk is better than store bought skim. Low carbs and whole grains if carbs are consumed. No sugars and no pop. Lots of good meat, fruits, and veggies
I think your answer is closest to what I think of as healthy. Limiting carbs, processed foods, and sugar.
