I will say the Volvo one has taught me some patience. You make the oil change appointment for that day. Drop off in the morning and they will text/email.

What tool is she using? Get her something with a longer handle.

Get a piece of black pipe to slide onto the tire iron as a cheater bar. That will solve the leverage problem.
You probably have one of those junk tire irons that swivel and is used for the scissor jack too? Junk and they're too fat. Buy her a piece of black pipe a good breaker bar and impact socket.
