Question on breeding

Actually a couple.

1. How long after the rooster breeds the hen will she start to lay fertile eggs?

2. Does the rooster have to breed her everyday for her to lay fertile eggs everyday?

3. How old does a rooster have to be to be able to mate?

Lots of questions I know but I'm new at this and thinking about incubating some eggs.
