Question on colors...

What constitutes a Button Quail as being a "splash"?

I have a Splash hen who is completely white with brown spots so I KNOW she's a Splash
But I have a chick who is 5 weeks old who is Wild phase but has white feathers on his wings... what would he be concidered?
I'll try to get a picture later today if needed..

Wild with white on the wings, breast, neck, or any of the above would be pied.
