Question on egg position during lockdown

So do you get a better hatch rate if you put the eggs into a egg carton during lockdown? My eggs have been in an egg turner so they are currently positioned with small end down... Should I lay them on their side for lockdown or leave in an egg carton?

I've tried it both ways...... haven't made up my mind yet if one is better than the other.
