I have one silver ee hen, and recently got a silver/flame/cream colored ee or americauna roo. My question is how likely would it be to hatch out mostly silver chicks out of 7-10 eggs?

I'm confused by your description of the cock. Is he golden? Can I have a picture?
If he's golden, 50 percent of female chicks will be gold while 50 percent will be silver. 50 percent of the male offspring will be golden while 50 percent will be silver. So 50 percent silver offspring overall.
If he is gold, all female chicks will be gold and all male chicks will be golden.
If he is silver, all chicks will be silver.

This is the rooster, will get pics of the hen when I can

You're quite likely to get at least some silver chicks.

Can you post photos of the hen and rooster? It makes it easier to guess at their genetics, and predict chick colors.

Hmmm, he looks to be golden, but he could be gold. It's hard to tell since I can't see his breast feathers.
Thats just the lightingfirst. Silver feathers look golden on my phone. He does have a little bit of gold on his back and wings though. His chest is a dark grey color with lighter grey/silver. Here is the hen. Please excuse the back, she is our main roo's favorite. At least one of theour four he favors. She also looks golden, but for her she has little to no gold coloring. TheI silver coloring for both of them in reality is the color that you see on the hen's beard and back feathers. Not the golden that you see, thats just the lighting and camera.
