Both of the birds carry dominant genes that make them black or black diluted to gray and the white has a high probability of being black under the white. I am going to say black.

If you were crossing the white to a non black bird like a black tailed red then the results could be different and more difficult to predict. As the others have said, white and non white crosses are difficult to predict but because both female birds are black and hypostatic black - there is a high probability the offspring will be black.
