If I just took a couple eggs out and they are cold will they still be okay to incubate? It's around 60 degrees where I live right now

They were outside? Yes, that should be fine. I collected eggs that were laid outside over winter and they weren't totally frozen but close. I marked all the ones that were almost frozen and each one hatched!
