Secure coop and run for the chickens.Live trap cats and have AC take them.If you catch anything else dispatch them.Even in the ghetto there are *wild* animals.Set up a game cam and see what visits the yard at night.

Umm.... yes. And secure your chicks better. If you live in an urban area, isn't it illegal to shoot anyway?

Your welcome. Stuff happens - fix it so it doesn't happen again. We had stupidly used the perimeter fence as a coop wall and the coyotes dug in and our dogs couldn't get to them. Move the coop.

People need to take responsibility for their errors instead of blaming a cat for acting like a cat or a hawk acting like a hawk.
