I have 4 tom miget white turkeys and they all have been fighting is that normal ?????

Yes, it is normal. They will soon establish a pecking order and settle down with minor skirmishes here and there.

I share your problem. I have 15 turkeys, eight of which are toms. They are forever squaring off with each other. Usually it starts with two of them facing off, then a third and a fourth join in. A lot of it is just posturing, then it gets a bit more violent and usually includes one screaming/crying in pain.
Even when I intervene they still don't change their attitude. Sometimes I end up straddling the aggressor to make my point.
They can be quite viscous if one gets a good hold on the other. I feel sorry for the one on the receiving end of a good snood grasp.
It will be all over next week.
