Questions about moving my flock

Hi-
I'm going to be moving my small flock of 4 to our new house, which is about 3 hours away.
My biggest concerns are catching my Leghorn, and when to move them. I'm pretty sure I can catch the other 3, but the Leghorn always avoids contact. In fact, she flips out if you get too close to her.

I know I can close the coop door, and get them all trapped in their run, when it's evening and they're getting ready for bed. I could catch all of them at that time, and put them in their moving crates, and just move them at night. If I move them at night - I will only be able to put them into their new (temporary) coop - I won't be able to put them on the roosts. I can't reach that far in with this coop. What would be easiest on them?

Should I catch and crate them in the evening, then start our drive early in the morning??

I'm not sure how to handle this is the best, least stressful way for them..

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Catch them at night

(less stress) put them in the crates and move them to there new place in the morning. It will take them awhile to get the swing of things
