First time hatching eggs.. so we have one that's fully hatched and 4 others that have pipped but not hatched.. so as I have read the hatched chicken can survive 24 hrs.. so my question is what to do if within the 24 hrs the pipped eggs don't hatch and we need to take the already hatched chicken out?

The already hatched chick can survive up to three days on its yolk, but if you want to take it out before then you can. Just have the brooder warmed up and ready to go, grab it out of the incubator quickly, and watch to make sure the humidity goes back up.
