Looks like a Cochin X game.

I wouldn't say he's crossed with game, but probably pure cochin ( just lower quality) and a mix of two or more colors, I just can't pin down which ones, is there any other info you can give as to where he came from and possible colors of the parents?

he's a second cross cochin/ wyandottes from somebody trying to breed silver laced.....

will he breed true (colour)? I'm just wondering wether he's split of gold and silver gene or something else..... like I said, 2nd cross, not sure what colour was the cochin used in the mix.

Pretty much a total guess.. eb base? Shanks are yellow, seems a lot of wyandottes are eb based.. from color would guess S/s+

No, what you can tell is that he is split for Silver & gold.
He is also a crow wing, (black wing triangle) . Silver Laced Wyandottes are Duckwing ( silver wing triangle) so I am guessing the original Pekins (bantam Cochins) was either a Birchen,ER/ER or a Black E/E and he is heterozygous for one of these. As he has good yellow legs I would go for a Birchen/Brown ER/eb split.
