quick question here

Hello
I have some type of Game Birds(2) and today while the rooster(I know for sure of) was crowing and the other one that I thought was a hen started to crow too. But s/he doesn'tlook anything like the rooster. s/he hasen't started laying any eggs yet either
what do ya'll think? is s/he a hen that crows and looks nothing like a rooster or is a rooster?

It absolutely looks like a rooster, just not like the other rooster. Those long, drapey feathers off the neck and back in front of the tail, those are rooster signs. The color says roo, also, with the patches of red on the wings.
