Quietest Breeds

Thank you for asking this. I too am looking for a quiet breed. My girls last year liked to welcome the sun with a loud song at 5:30 in the morning.

My speckled Sussex is super loud but really only if I'm out in the yard. She is very friendly and asks for attention and treats. I agree with most that all my easter eggers have been quiet but cochins are quiet too in my experience.
