How is the weather treating you today Jon?

Same old same old. Intermittent showers and thunderstorm during the day with "severe" weather predicted for tonight. I prefer though to see it as off and on periods of sunshine with a little rain thrown in. We need the rain, just not the damaging stuff. Last nights storm just grazed us but it hit Brownwood (about 40 miles away) pretty hard and the Texas Hill Country really got it. Five inches in just an hour or so north of Austin in Pflugerville. My garden and the weeds are really having a good time except for the hail. But the hail gods are not really picky about their aim so only lost a couple of squash plants so far. Knocked a bunch of Apricots and Peaches off the trees but there are still ton of fruit there to be had when it ripens.

If there are sweets in the house then I am like a sugar demon. It is much better for me to not buy any of have any on hand. I have no moderation!

Moderation...sugar...I don't understand! Is that like sugar free...WHY??? Oh help me...my brain is slowing down...I need sugar...real sugar...to keep functioning as a human being!!!!!
