Sumi, here in the states, we have a thing called, " An order of eviction." It gives tenants a set time to vacated the property. Or the law gets involved. Maybe look into that. You have been fair with them, now it's time to get serious.

It's basically a soft hail stone, caused when snowflakes fall through super-cooled raindrops (as in water that's gone below 32 degrees but hasn't frozen yet) and makes this cold rain freeze to the flake, turning it into more of a snow ball... or marshmallow....or... Styrofoam pellets.

Well I don't think it's so much they don't want to help. I work with the elderly. We are not to help any of our clients up, if they fall. We're to call the family, if they don't want an ambulance. Why? Because this is sue happy nation and they can turn around and sue you for harming them.

I can understand that. The video just set some wheels turning is all. I guess I just couldn't imagine saying the things that some of those people said because someone offered me a few dollars to help out one day. Maybe it's one of those you have to see it to kind of get what I mean. It just surprised me is all.

My DH watched a similar programme on TV a few weeks ago. People (actors) pretending to be in trouble, I think they "fell" and waited to see how many people would help them up if they were scruffily dressed as apposed to well dressed… Interesting to say the least...
