I'm sure that is helping her a lot! Take a tip from a girl: we love and need encouragement from our men when it comes to just about everything, but especially dieting.
I have also become her personal Chef and Shopper as my way of helping out with her diet. When she weighs herself she says, "Guess how much WE lost." I have lost about half of what she has, just by eating the same healthy meals with her. I stay away from the processed and junk foods too; although I do slip on an occasional Reese's' or Snickers when at work. Probably why it's only half the weight though.
