She pounced, landing with her front paws on the leaf, she pinned it down triumphantly before shredding it with her claws. Ah hah! I won’t be seeing him again. She thought. Looking at the pitiful, annihilated leaf.

I just read through all 48 pages- - and not much is happening in the Clans. The Prophecy Cats are at the MoonPool with Lavenderkit, minus Sparrowpaw. The only other noticeable thing going on is Cougarpounce's ongoing training session with Dawnpaw and Beetlepaw.
