Yes, Sully is directly above them with a poop tray. He did not poop through though. I looked him over and he isn't sick as far as me and my father can tell. They are inside right now to be treated.

It’s hard to say 100% it’s not cocci because you didn’t do a necropsy to check liver for white spots but I am thinking part of the issue was sudden switch of feed but that doesn’t explain the standing on hind legs star gazing I can only assume but double ear infection was likely a good diagnosis. For diarrhea you can feed hay to get som fiber in them to hopefully help them balance their gut out while they get adjusted to the new feed and as for the kits I’m not sure what to do for them if your wanting to get acv in the i would get your mixture on a clean makeup sponge and let them suckle on the tip to drink the acv that is the process I have used to feed kits that weren’t getting enough milk from mom hope these suggestions help

Thank you! The ear infection killed her, but the 'seems okay kit' is starting to stargaze to. I don't think it's the feed. We switched gradually and gave timothy hay every day during the switch. The two are starting to get unresponsive, I want to know why Cocoa lost 4 pounds also.

Those kits are big enough they were likely eating some of moms feed as they usually start to do that around two weeks so if they had been eating moms feed and you switched and then they started eating new feed that could explain their being Ill right now
