Raccoon attack! Help!

In 1 weekend I lost 5 of 7 hens. 2 dead raccoons, 3 dead possums, 2 dead skunks, and 1 dead biggest cat I ever saw later I am still trapping

She’s doing very well today. I gave her some Baytril, and I will for the next few days. She didn’t like it much , but she tolerated it. Wounds don’t smell today at all. She hopped on her perch again today, much less clumsily and quicker than yesterday.

Glad to hear it. My chickens didn't like their meds much this year either.

Good to hear that she is better. What dosage of Baytril are you giving? Or what strength and how much of that?

I put a large plastic dog kennel in the trailer for her today, because her neck wound was opened up again. I assumed it was the others, and it may be also, but I saw her picking at it herself! I attempted to give her a “beautiful vet wrap necklace” but she promptly refused. Any thoughts? I let them have some supervised free time to forage for the first time since the attack and she did really good.
