Raccoon attack! Help!

Can you post any pictures of the iodine? Or the baytril or amoxicillin? If you have the bottle of iodine, go ahead and use it. Baytril is a pretty powerful antibiotic, treating both gram negative and positive bacteria. If you have the 10% liquid the dosage is 0.05 ml per pound which is 0.25 ml or 1/4 ml for a 5 pound chicken. If you use the amoxicillin instead of the Baytril, dosage is 250 mg twice a day for a 5 pound chicken.

Ok, I will tomorrow morning. Do you mean 10% baytril? And is it a shot or orally? Ive given my fair share of animal shots, but I’d rather try to stick to orally. I may be able to get my hands of amox. How much, and orally?

Ok. So they have not 10%, but a higher concentration. Can I dilute it with water to make it 10%(Using actual math LOL)? To administer it can I just slowly put a few drops on her lower beak, let her swollow it, and do that until it’s gone? How many mL?

:p Haha, I see that you have already told me how much a dose is. How long should I give it to her? I would assume no longer than 2-3 days like most livestock but just to be sure. Thank you guys for all the help BTW :hugs. Do I give it to her in her beak or do I put it in her food if I separate her while she eats? I’m sorry for being such a noob to chickens still . Still learning that poultry are quite different than cows and pigs!
