Images below depicting perimeter hotwire setup that normally works so well. Will be cleaning it up with mower and replacing post and insulators as needed to tighten wire. Fence hot but a gap problem shown in last image.
East boundary towards house with 6 cock / stag pens up next to fence. They are supposed to serve as trap crop for critters that come in from fenn.
North boundary with cane break blocking north wind. This will be expanded over time to keep nosy neighbors out an provide juveniles with hawk protection. Kids love to play in the stuff as provides excellent hiding places.
The gap. Wires I twisted to keep tight above ground, day before storm last week. From above it is easy to see trackway raccoons use to go under fence.
