Yes, it’s most certainly NOT predator proof! I have this run and even my kids can reach thru and grab the birds if they try hard enough! I also have video somewhere of all the rats in the run at night when the chickens are sleeping. I live in the city so I worry a bit less but I have plans to affix with hardware cloth for better security now that the weather has cooled Facebook folks can be so frustrating to communicate with!

The problem when you're dealing with is the ignorance paradox: when someone is so incompetent they have no idea how incompetent they are.

That run was one of the ones I looked at for my new setup and it seems well made and it's certainly better than some of the ramshackle scrap wood and chicken wire setups I've seen people use, but bitter experience with how devious and determined nocturnal predators can be led to building a custom setup with 1/2" grid heavy duty wire.
