THEY'RE HERE! THEY'RE HERE! THEY'RE HERE!!!!

8 babies. 2 Blue Splash Marans (male and female), 2 Buff Orpingtons, 1 Lavender Orpington, 1 Easter Egger, and 2 Buff Brahmas. Was supposed to be a Light Brahma and a Buff, but they had a shortage of Lights. While I was excited for the Light Brahma, it works, since the original Buff Brahma was supposed to be my son's chicken - easier for there to be two in case something goes wrong.

I'm not totally sure the LO isn't a bantam, and the EE is this gorgeous deep mahogany color (like an adult RIR, but in chick down - it almost glows red.)

The Brahmas and the EE are SUPER friendly, and the Orpingtons are also sociable. One of the Marans had food/water, and went right to sleep, and the other ran around yelling at everyone between eating and cuddling.

Pictures coming when they are awake (under the brooder now) - I really want to get ideas of what the EE might look like as an adult. She is SUPER pretty as a chick.
