Do baby chicks need vitamins in their water

I've never used them, chick feed is already supplemented with what they need. If you are using medicated feed, giving vitamins can be counter productive. But, I know some do it as a way to combat shipping stress.

No they don't unless there's something specific you're treating for (i.e. wry neck).
