Raising quail in a 130sqft pen

I want to raise quail in a pen thats 10x13 made with tubes and hardware cloth. I'm starting off with adult Georgia giants. How many females and how many males can you have without conflict? Should I create a couple subsections(3x3?) within the pen?

First goal is to start harvesting eggs for consumption and eventually get to where I can harvest meat. I'm not trying to eat quail everyday but maybe 5 quail/mo. Is this realistic with the size of pen I have?

Anybody know/have any resources I can read to achieve this with a pen?
