If you have to wait in line to get through security, you should be ready to walk through the scanner within thirty seconds of walking up to the conveyer belts.
And if you walk up to the ticket checker wothout your ID ready, you should be sent to the back of the line.
Still waiting on security to open up a store next to the line that sells knives and lighters. They could make a killing!
If you call customer service, pay attention to who you're talking with instead of your tv.
Turn down your tv/radio, put your kids down for a nap, spit out your gum, put your food down and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use the bathroom when you're on the phone with customer service.
Just because you're the customer does NOT mean you're always right.
Why doesn't anyone use their blinker when changing lanes?
Say thank you when someone holds the door for you.
