I agree with Jen, no cash no bird. I made that rule back when I owned a greenhouse. Lot's of folks wanted trees and plants held til ..... Then just never showed up again. Most of those items I could have sold several times then no one else ever seemed to want them.

Yep, me too. I got cought up in trying to please everyone all the time. Let me tell you it doesn't work. It's better off to be upfront with them about payment and put the ball in their court.​
