I don't see pin less peepers mentioned. Often times they will help in smaller flocks. Some people think they are too cruel, but really, pulling feathers out is pretty mean, and once established can be hard to break.

I thought they were cruel, too— but it worked! The bully is now mid-position and there is still peace in the flock 5 months later.
