The cost of these 16 straight run chicks plus you have to ask for a free meal maker, and a flock protector was 2.55 a chick on sale +30 to ship. I would have thrown in more cheap rooster chicks (4-5) to keep my others warm (packing peanuts) you can deal with roosters later.

I think the lavender one is a lavender ameraucana.

Chick with closed eyes was not even the weak one. That is when in got out of the box and had a first sip of yolk/electrolyte water.

I had hopes and the weak one did get better, when I found her she was star gazing. But she slowly went back to not feeling well and died in a star gazing position.

The other chicks look great.

I haven't named them yet, but this one is Heidi. I saw her climb a stuffy.

This chick in the pic is looks brown , but in real life is more orange, I will get another pic, I have been calling it Creamcycle, because of the orange and white swirl.
